Refitted materials related to point making (Oku Shirataki Site 1)
At left is an item showing reworking after damage, the middle two items and the one at right are hollow assemblages of refitted flakes that were struck from the two sides of flat natural stones, from which points were made as desired and removed from the site. The middle two items show the inner surfaces of the refitted materials, the one at right is a separate assemblage with the two halves fitted together.
